Hypnosis can help you acheive many things. Yes, I help people with effective weight loss, to lose weight and keep it off and others to become permanent non smokers but it can do so much more.  It's still a surprise to me after all these years of being a hypnotherapist the kind of things people ask me to help them fix. 

Hypnosis is really a tool I use, a state of mind that allows access to the powerhouse of thought and imagination inside us all, our subconscious mind.  It is not about you or I, its about whether we can persuade your mind to make the change, whatever change means to you.
