Why you do what you do and why you have struggled to change it

My aim is to help you understand yourself more with the content of this blog, to make you realise that you can make a change without years of therapy, by simply learning how to persuade your mind to do what you want it to do.

I will cover subjects such as the mind, hypnosis, hypnotherapy even NLP along with success stories from some of my clients.  Sometimes people write to me with details of their experience and progress since our hypnotherapy sessions.  As you will see hypnotherapy can help people achieve much more than fears and phobias, stress and smoking cessation.
